Each SENY Jewelry piece includes a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Should any issues arise, we’re here to make it right. This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or third-party alterations, but our concierge team is happy to assist with repairs or questions anytime.

Easy US Returns & Exchanges

We offer easy returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in original condition. Engraved, custom, and final sale pieces are not eligible for return. A $10 return shipping fee may apply for refunds.
